Comunication with Siemens CPU319-3 PN/DP

I have a project using WinCC V7 SP1 and a 319 CPU with a Profinet port. I am able to communicate to the CPU from Simatic Manager via TCP/IP, but cannot get WinCC to communicate to the PLC over the Profinet port.

Any help would be most appreciated.
