role of some registers

Can any one explain me the difference between MOV D100 D101 and MOV D100Z0 D101 and MOV D100 D101Z0?.

For the first, I understand that the command says to transfer the content of the register D100 to the register D101.

And if it's possible I want to know the role of some registers like V.
