I am using the ladder language. I cannot find any COMMANDS, SFC or SFB's that is capable of converting a real number to an integer number.

Hello Luiz and others as well
To solve your problem you do this:
1) Go to the website "Controlwiki.com"
2) Select "PLC Archive"
3) Select "PLC Archive: PID Controller"
4) Select "Abstract" and "download here"
Then you get a file called "Blokke.zip"
that you retrieve from Simatic S7 - also a function, that convert REAL to INT.
View comments in this little program and you get all the help you need for a very long time in your future programming work with Siemens S7-300/400
Good luck all of you!
