What certificates should (or must) have the HMI and PLC to be suitable for the naval use? Where to get a manual explaining this question?

 

How do you mean? Security certificates like the ones used to verify trusted communications, or are you looking for device certifications (like IEEE, UL, IEC, etc)?

There are numerous maritime certifications for controls and instrumentation.

Allen Bradley lists most, if not all of them

The US Navy has been on an "open architecture" kick for awhile. Not sure how that affects things.
