A red led always blinks periodically in my electronic energy meter which suggest i am consuming power..The pulse rate is 3200pulse per kwh... When i am turning of my main switch, that means no power is being consumed. but still (though the rate of pulse blinking is decreasing) the red led is blinking once in every 8 to 10 min. though the rate is too low, can i suppose that my electronic meter is faulty? or some low leakage current or that sort is does flow even when i am not consuming power??? plz sort me out
