Please forgive my ignorance. I'm a newbie to this area.
So i have 2 single head lathes each machine has a 1/2 hp 90v 1750 rpm dc permanent magnet motors.
2 kbmd-240d controllers
1 kbsi-240d signal isolater
2 rae 1/2 hp motors model mt-032
I have everything wired up and the sync is all off. I have exact volts going to both motors. The master motor has a large chuck on it and the slave machine has a smaller chuck on it. The master has a much greater load then the slave. Problem is the slave will not position sync. Am i doing something wrong? Anyone have any experience with the kbsi and kbmd?
