TCP/IP Packets on A-B CompactLogix
Is it possible to parse TCP/IP packets (not Ethernet-I/P) in 5380 CompactLogix processors?

I have an application where a process computer proposes to send ASCII data encapsulated in TCP/IP packets to a CompactLogix 5380 plc. Does anyone know if that can be done?

There is a knowledge base article on the Allen Bradley website that tells you how to do this.

Thanks Bob. I check the knowledge base but didn't see a pertinent posting. I will re-check.
