Hilscher’s own netX “system-on-a-chip” network controller allows for universal Master and/or Slave connection to all popular communications protocols, including fieldbuses (CANopen, CC-Link, DeviceNet, Modbus and PROFIBUS) and industrial Ethernet (EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, POWERLINK, PROFINET and Sercos).
NEW for 2017: netX 90 ASIC for simple automation devices; and netX 4000, a sophisticated controller-class chip. Both are IoT-enabled with all the necessary security services and protocol support to put your devices and machines on the Industrial Internet. Built-in are OPC UA, MQTT and TSN.
Hilscher’s embedded products include the netRAPID netX chip-carrier to jump-start your design projects with easy OEM integration of networks and IoT in just days, rather than months. With the netJACK module, you can quickly add or change fieldbus and Ethernet protocols in a device, even in the field.
Hilscher’s gateway and proxy products are self-contained protocol converters with simple plug-in connections and Master and/or Slave configurations. The new netTAP 151 bridges any two real-time Ethernet networks. Our PC Cards come in all popular PC card formats for direct connection to any I/O network or controller. Our visualization solutions leverage standard web browsers so you can view your PLC processes—from anywhere, at any time
