    Our 6B unit (MARKV) was doing the same thing. We did all the things you mentioned, same issue. GE on site and found that the GCV was the valve "hunting" slightly during a valve calibration. They recommended changing out its servo. We changed it out with a rebuilt one (not GE's recommendation)...

    We are a peaking site and run infrequently. I have trends and view2's built. I will post data after our next run.

    We have a GE 6B dual fuel CT with MARKV controls that on start up our P2 pressure is hunting to extremes. Varies from 80 psi to 200, with continual hunting of the valve. We have calibrated (checked the 3 P2 transmitters), replaced the filter on the SRV, changed the servo and checked polarity...
