    Provox Serial printer output to USB printer

    Any time you run a summary report it creates a .csv file in the POC>Summaries folder. We just grab the CSV, copy to a modern PC and print normally.

    Provox UOC SRx controllers stuck in MFT

    Does anyone have any insight into a UOC HWY2 controller being stuck in "MFT" mode? MFT is the factory test diagnostic program that every controller has but suddenly every single controller either purchased used online or the ones we received back From Emerson as "rebuilt" are stuck in this mode.
