    Hi, After deleting the old files and again creating a new modbus device, I got a different error message. Different from "tree not clean" Possibly there are missing steps in my procedure or settings that needs to be configured.

    Hi, Thank you so much for the suggestions. Most of the options shown is not available, so I also searched in AI I'll start all over again. I deleted all the files under treemon.exe related to rex640. I'll update you if it is successful.

    Hello, None under the "Communication Diagnostics". There's a great possibility that REX640 is not yet ready for modbus communication. But I don't know how to confirm this.

    Hello, I have an issue with my relay ABB REX640, I would like to add this device to the Power monitoring expert software but it's not communicating. I tried the modbus poll and it has communication. Any idea on what is causing the issue? Thank you everyone.

    Hi, I also tried this method but it does not allow me to add modbus register. The "add" button is not enabled, I don't know if the meter already maximized the number of modbus registers.

    Hi, Thank you for the response, the configuration for ion 7550 does not have the selection option. Another meter we have is PM8240, it has that selection page. Is there other way to activate or enable the digital input in ion 7550 so that it can be linked to the Vista for circuit breaker status?
