MOOG IGV F8 Fault
Our company uses this model of GT with electric actuator MOOG, in our case any fault of MOOG is ESD. Do you think it is abnormal? Do you have control specification for your unit? If you have it, please share with me

Hi CSA, I would like to say that ME42 has experience as it seems to me he is right, i have not found time to check specification fot these boards, because of startup next unit first fire and etc., but this way of solution of this problem is more probable.

HI ME42, thanks for respond. These signals appear during startup and shutdown, part load and FSNL and even zero speed, i have seen this resource GEH- 6721 VOL III, and solution that described there, but I emphasize that it is common solution and there are many places where fault can be, as...

How calculate combustion spread
Next time, I will take screenshots at time of FSNL, Base load or part load, but may be I am mistaken that gave screen from FSNL, AND of course it is unusual case with CTDA and etc. but anyway unit was running that moment, and exhaust temperature array was normal without fails and abnormal values.

How calculate combustion spread
"Why would one expect actual exhaust temperature spreads to be high at FSNL on "first fire?"" Because the quality of construction and installation was so low that I thought we couldn't avoid troubles with combustion system.

CSA English language is not my mother tongue, I meant that spreads were high during that start up, and of course as you said I used trender for data analyzing , If you want I could share the Trend with you.

How calculate combustion spread
Hi everyone, We have started up our unit successfully without trips, I was surprised at that moment, but I am confident that during commissioning we have done all stages correctly like loop checks, functional tests, false start and etc. I would like to share with you some screens from running...
