How exactly does a Level-to-Flow cascade controller work?
Tank levels are rarely fast acting, but a reservoir. Fast acting and accurate flow control is common in some processes, but rarely will tank level be used to control the discharge flow. For example, high pressure boilers are a totally different category, especially where super heaters, steam...

Interacting Variables (Flowrate and Pressure)
There are numerous issues you've not mentioned. (1) Is the engine constant speed? (2) Why are you using a butterfly valve? (3) What is the pipe size and nominal flow rate? (4) You've not mentioned temperature control when that is the main function of the coolant loop. Process design is as...

How Reliable Are Industrial Microwave Power Supplies Like Pindom’s WepeX Series?
you'll have to consult the suppliers research studies (or so called white papers). They are commonly available at vendor conferences, and in various journals.

Steam Turbine Control Valve Throttling
Assuming the generator demand is stable over the years, valve vibration issues, together with reduced lift, are indicative of needing valve rebuild or replacement.

Steam Orifice Flowmeter Installation
In photo B, it appears that you have branch piping connections less that two pipe diameters from the meter connection on either side. You might also explain the details of the in line flow metering device, as it is definitely not an orifice plate. Process conditions P, T, and flow rates are...

Low tank vaccum pressure (96QV-1) issue in GT frame VI
given that this is an existing design, you have to contact "BHEL-supplied GE Frame VI Gas Turbine with a Speedtronic Mark VI control system" or the supplier. your instrument maintenance staff can easily fix it, but it is contrary to the original design drawing provided by your paid supplier.
