    UPDATE: Just regained control of communicating to the PLC by playing with the DIP switches. Turned 7 OFF. That alone made no change. Left 7 OFF, turned 5 ON. That gave me communications control again. Now, I'm back to my PLC error message on the computer which is 0x00C0 I/O bus error...
