GE gas turbine frame 9.E03 tripped on load 90MW then went to zero speed without turning gear. And passed more than 20 minutes while we couldn't start turning gear motor for cooldown. our question is when shall we start turning gear and mention if there are any precautions prior to start it. Thanks.
