Running 3 phase VFD with single phase 220
Motor Damage? I have done few single phase applications and have not experience motor damage due to it. I am interested to know more about it, could you please explain why motor will experience irregular power?

Yes, it is possible with de-rating. I have heard of 1/2 rating rule from many but doesn’t always apply. It depends on the DC Bus Ripple / Bus Cap Size. Safe bet is to find out de-rating from manufacturer.

How long it will take to learn PLC?
Might be late in responding. I was in high school when this question was posted. Start learning PLC in 2009 in college and has been working in field since. After 14 years, still learning PLC. I can program but keep learning better ways.

Converter/Interface between CAN and MODBUS
Hey, I never had a need for Modbus RTU to CAN Bus. After quick search found this converter: https://www.anybus.com/products/gateway-index/anybus-communicator/detail/anybus-communicator-can-modbus-rtu I have used their Modbus TCP to Ethernet/IP converter recently.

3 phases inverter output current
Jefferson, When it is said that current output is 99 amps, it is line current. If you had a clamp meter (true rms) on one wire from VFD to motor that should measure 99 Amps.
