Motor 2x Frequency
2x applied frequency on a 2 pole motor such as this is often associated with a broker rotor bar., because the broken bar will pass through each pole once per revolution, so with 2 poles it results in 2x the frequency. There is a test system called a "growler" that can be used to detect it...

Overload relay difference between Manual mode and Automatic mode.
When set to Manual, someone must press the Reset button to reset it after tripping. In Automatic, the relay will reset itself when it cools down, without human interaction, meaming the machine will start on its own. Automatic should never be used where safety of operators in involved.
