I want to select air compressor for operation of instrument valve (solenoid operated on off valve) and for pig launcher. Pls help me to calculate the air requirement for 300 nos of valve.

For the selection of air compressor u firstly have to calculate all the airconsumption required for your pnematic valves.

It's very easy to calculate. Which make of actuator are you using? As it will depends upon the co-officent value provided by the Make company.

if you are using the revo or rotex than i can provide you the co-officent values of that.
