Dear friends,

I am using the radar level transmitter for our Sugar bin level measurement. We have totally 6 such type of transmitters installed in different bin but in a same way. But in only three sugar bin it is working okay and in all other three bins it is showing the following error.

ERROR E013 - No measurement variable available.

I have entered the right sensor lenth into the plicscom display. Can you anyone please give me some suggestions to sort out this problem?

Might the angle of repose be severe in the 3 bins where the radar is not working. If the angle is great enough you may not be getting a return signal? You may want to consider laser? Potential suppliers, Ktek or Optech.

Use infra-red technology instead if it is only levels.

Try using Pactware software from Vega and set up the angle of repose, the type of vessel, set up the type of material used.

E013 is loss of useful echo. You also should set up a false echo storage.

first try to reset the device. still ur getting problem ur sensor must have gone bad. for this try to put this instrument electronics in other and isolate problem of sensor or electronic.
