Can anyone inform me about this? I have a project about control system on power distribution through transformer and circuit breakers. I need some information about how I can use PLC, RTU and SCADA system to control reading the value of volts, power factor, amps, etc.

It is very simple and easy now-a-days but if you even do not know the basics. You better hire some service provider or consultant company. They shall not only get your project done but also give you full training.

Hi,

Usually you have to install device called network analyzer or panel multimeter with some communication option. This device will measure all the data you need (volts, amps, power factor...) and your PLC (or SCADA) will read that values (for example via Modbus RTU). Lovato and Circutor have that type of devices with Modbus option.
