LK86GVA1
LK86GVA2
LK86GVT1
LK86GVT2

and what does unit Pa/V means, almost all timers are written in this unit??

Can you tell us:

1) What are the current values of the Control Constants?

2) Are the units running with Exhaust Temperature Control enabled?

3) Are you experiencing some kind of issue that makes you question the values of these Control Constants, and if so:

3.a) When did the issue begin?
3.b) What changed around the time the issue began?
3.c) What have you done to try to resolve the issue?

 

LK86GVA1 - 7.5 DGA
LK86GVA2 - 5 sec
LK86GVT1 - 7.5 DGA
LK86GVT2 - 5 sec

These values would probably be the same for your machine, however you may check L86GVTV2 from your ladder logic display and you would probably gather more precise information.

The logics mentioned above relate to L86GVA & L86GVT

I believe you would be facing the problem with machine in startup condition ?
