How to connect PLC to Computer via IBH Link Adaptor

I am new on this. I have a IBH Link adaptor and a PLC Siemens S7-200. This is the first time I am going to connect PLC-IBHLink-Computer. I have tried in different ways but I can not connect. My ethernet connection appear as a limited connection and in the IBH Net Setting do not appear any station. Would you mind helping me?
