Replacing TAC Xenta 302

One of our TAC Xenta 302 controllers will not communicate on the network. Can someone give me the proper procedure for replacing the unit. We are running TAC Vista Server 4.5 with TAC Menta plug-in. Any advice on purchasing a new unit would also be appreciated.
