Pressure indicating switches range

I'm using Wika pressure indicators with contact switches. I already ordered PIS with a range of 0 to 4 Bar g. Now I want to change it to -1 to 3 Bar g. Is it possible to change range when it is manufactured. Also what is negative/Vacuum pressure?
