Neutral Switch in 415V Generating System

sir..

i have an island generating system which fed low voltage system 415V and different type of prime mover (diesel and steam turbine) and at different capacity of KVA. what will happen if my neutral switch/contactor suddenly open circuit? contactor coil faulty during synchronising and at peak loads.
