Designed for Faster Installation and Serviceability
The Snap In system is designed for speed and convenience, removing the need for tools and manual fitting. This reduces wiring time during both panel assembly and field setup, especially in systems with many connections. The design also supports automated wiring, making it suitable for robotic panel manufacturing. For maintenance, the system supports quick disconnects and connections, enabling faster troubleshooting and reducing downtime.

With a slim profile of about 100mm, these power supplies fit easily into compact control cabinets and match modern, distributed panel designs. Their low idle power consumption also improves energy efficiency, especially in systems that run continuously with changing loads.
Efficiency and Thermal Performance
The PROeco II series reaches up to 95 percent efficiency, reducing energy losses during use. Less energy loss means less heat, which is important in compact control cabinets. Higher efficiency helps keep the system stable without extra cooling, making the design simpler and less expensive.
The PROeco II Snap In power supplies are designed for industrial use, starting reliably at -40°C and operating over a wide temperature range. They also have a mean time between failures (MTBF) of over 1 million hours, indicating they last longer. These features make them a good choice for harsh environments where reliable power and low maintenance are important.
Diagnostics and Monitoring Features
The new PROeco II units feature a tri-color LED display that clearly shows operating status, overloads, and faults without the need for additional diagnostic tools. A built-in status relay lets you connect the units to control systems for real-time monitoring and alerts, enabling faster troubleshooting and supporting proactive maintenance. The PROeco II series is designed to fit into a wide range of power management systems, working with DC UPS units, load monitoring, and diode modules for flexible, system-specific setups. This flexibility means you can scale your power system without changing the main components.
A Move Towards Tool-Free Industrial Hardware
The new PROeco II power supply is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including automation, robotics, OEM machine building, building management, material handling, and energy infrastructure. In these sectors, its quick wiring, compact form, and reliable operation improve both installation efficiency and long-term system performance.
As demand grows for power supply units that balance performance with ease of integration and service, solutions like the PROeco II Snap In series offer a good option for users who want hardware that performs well and is easy to deploy and maintain.
