Earth leakage relay make proke device model ELSPL-ma are using in Boiler feed Pump in power generation division. we are facing problem in this relay ie it operate when Pump is stop condition and relay current / time setting both are off position. We Check relay and found that it working normal. We Check Cable IR value found > 500 M Ohm with 1000 Meager. I want to know how much permissible leakage current should be in the cable? and why this relay is operate when feeder outgoing cable is under d-energized condition?
