Hi,

I now testing BLDC Motor (4 pole pairs) with MCU + Motor Driver.

I have a problem when i test a motor with Load.

when i test a motor without Load, there is no problem.
but, when i control the BLDC Motor with Load,
in case speed from 2500RPM to 3000RPM.
Motor current rapidly was decreased.
there is no problem below 2500 RPM speed with Load.

please guide to solve this problem

Maybe such current changes with speed from 2500RPM to 3000RPM is a load phenomena? What kind of load you investigate?

current through load is about 2.5A.
Max Current limit is 5A.

load type is water pump.
