I want to select suitable actuators for air and gas flow control with butterfly valve.
What are suitable, with lever actuators or without lever actuators?
I use actuator for reheating furnace temperature control in rolling mill. Furnace have two zones and four actuators, 2 for gas flow control and 2 for air flow control.
I use an actuator for recuperator too. What difference between continuous and step control? Can you help me to select suitable actuator with continuous control, please?
I attache information of one type of my old actuator. I have two types actuator for gas and air flow control with 100 N.m and 250 N.m torque.
gas pressure= 60 to 100 mbar but based on 60 mbar
gas pipe diameter = 8 inch
air pressure= 35 mbar
air pipe diameter in zone1= 22 inch
air pipe diameter in zone2= 24 inch
