    Hi Dinoo31 The last Proficy Historian which I worked on was runing under Windows 19, and it worked very well. Maybe you can try to run Proficy Historian on windows 19 see how things works Did you try to get from GE an assitance on that issue (error 32 operation not permitted) Regards, James

    Hi Are the collectors in running status? Also if I remember correctly you should put a "*" for getting tags in the asked window for tags.. @ControlsGuy25

    @WTF? Actually we uninstall and reinstall Cimplicity as Viewer status as TAs installed Cimplicity as Developer.. Which was not correct.. Also we added a RGB. Dat file (Red Green Blue) at the correct path C:/Site/Master instead of C:/Site/screens Hope this will help who got same issue. Stay...

    Thank you for your notes.. Well our electrical partner told me that leds should be lightning... I still did not try to connect maintenance laptop to the Device as it needs RJ11 Cable and an adaptor for the PC...
