Do you mean that 87T protection on step up transformer tripping due to inrush currents What have been changed since last good operation of the plant... How is load behaviour Is that incoming feeder is teh called 52L line breaker thats why a SLD woudl be a good idea

Yes there is a procedure when you downlowading topology and application code on the controllers Look on the GEH-6421 vol 1 Page 144 and page 232 it is clearly written to power down controller and not using reset button as you mentionned

What kind of "forcing list " you are referring to? You mean Cimplicity not complicity .. views are black? is there some # signs on the display/view values..

Did you try to connect laptop to the Bently Nevada rack with OEM software to troubleshoot or at least get the event list manager.. The software from BN can help you on troubleshooting that issue ..

Is that TDI (Transient data interface ) or communication gateway module card? on BN rack that you disconnect and reconnect to get communication back? Or another Ethernet card from BN ? Did you troubleshoot interconnecting signals between DCS and BN rack ? Thank you for providing such datas...

Look for cross current compensation on Diesel gensets in such configuration..
