Did you get an emergency stop (off/1/2/ or 3)??

You may also have a look if AUTORESTART is enable or not

Would you tell us what fault code /alarm have been annunciated during this event...Are you talking about IGBT overload... We do not know about the fault code ....it can be IGBT overload or over ULC (User Load curve ) trip...

List the signal names /alarms before...during and after the event so we can be a better support from here..
