Did you try an OFFLINE /ONLINE CONFIGURATION CREATION on EM7004 MODULE AS per OEM manual ..( look on page 70 of EM7004 MANUAL ) The thing is did you make a good commissioning of the devices at least ... Cheers, James

You are referring to fire detection /fighting system... So there should be some interlocks somewhere in the app code..as it is about an "alarm" can you tellus what are inetending to do .. Your issue is not clear sio we dont know what is exactly the problem other there... -Is that Alarm stay...

I asked Cheede if they at least know why they got totalizers values reading wrong.. He did not tell us why.. So Cheede can you provide at least such information so we can try to support... Just tell us even if you don't know why...

Did you try to explore Turbine controls maintenance Tools... It should be a window/pop up... At the right column. Menu.. Tools..

I suggest you to try to find out Sdb system data base loggin...

Not lot of indication so ...

The thing is to know how and why unit tripped ..would be to share here alarms report/diagnostic To see if any device is in trouble or something is avoiding unit to get FSNL

Does it means in the title that unit controls system displaying (HSDE DIGICON) any alarms If so can you share the alarms messages.. It would be great also to have a control sequence of teh DIGICON..if you need assistance from here...
