Also try to connect and check via simatic softwqare even if you got kind of diagnostics events messages report... I dont remeber which FUCNTION can be called to monitoring such PLC ..look at OEM Manual AS WE CANt see "STOP" led blinking red on that screenshot Maybe you are talking about this...

It seems that situation is not under control at your site0... I strongly advise you to check what /whichLED is blinking and where situated.. As per OEM manual it can be also on I/O module board/card... Cheers!
