3500/94M TO be precise ...You did not tell us who that devices are inetrconnected ...as This 3500/94M (I/Omodule) should be interface on that 3500 rack for the touch screen Without be able to see the topology ( architecture ) of the installed system thats I cannot state more on that case ...

We have to know about VGA Display module... Better look at that one ...

Better Try to troubleshoot Communication gateway module... I dont know about TDI card link with such VGA Again a Topology of installed system (including VGA interconnections with 3500 rack would be best place for first investigation...)
