IGV Conrol Valve not following
YES, We too agree with CSA as our GE-9E gas turbine IGV also controlled by double acting piston not by spring force. We are too keen to learn from Mesi. take care G.Rajesh

My gas turbine (generation)/MW is not increasing from 24MW to 30MW
Hi, What is the control mode, when the load is 24 MW (Load /temperature)? Once the unit reached temperature control, it can't produce additional load. Do you have strainer in the gas line? If yes inspect for the cleaning. Do you have normal hydraulic pressure? take care G.Rajesh

Mark V Diagnostic Alarm
Dear Bhavan, We are facing the similar problem but in your case alarms are more. It could be the problem with DCC on <T> processor or TCDA (3 at QD1). There are other possible reason like ribbon cables and PROM failures. Write back once it solved. Take care G.Rajesh

Hydraulic Ratchet problem
Hi Ayman, We had a similar problem and rectified after replaced the four way manual valve (VM-2) which is used to de-engage the shaft. If the valve is passing, the system won't get enough hydraulic pressure to make rotation. Since you said 20CS is energized, there won't be any issue...

Bleed Valve
Dear Ayman, Some unit bleed valves are closed /opened based on FUEL STROKE REFERENCE (FSR). In our Frame-6B machine is VA2 open & close based on FSR (18% & 24%) but in Frame-9E machine based on TNH (95%). So please look your logic and write back what is being used. Take care G.Rajesh
