How to find motor poles on motor with incremental encoder?
Just of the cuff..you know how many cycles it takes for one revolution...so you can work backwards to calculate ... solve for p...you have encoder you know what one rev is...you have control of the frequency... https://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/synchronous-motor-frequency-speed-d_649.html...

Need Help with Space Vector PWM
Looks like a third harmonic in the signal...should measure at the star point...to test point... Star point is floating ground...and most likely not a balanced star point. I assume the caps are filtering your pwm ...so you can get sin like wave form For a load rather connect some incandescent...

Any programming language for my product
Try Rust...I'm having a look at it now. I needed something that is safer than c and c++ Also I dont want to spend years learning a new language.. Things are upfront in the language ...so it needs a certain mindset... but a very doable exercise

Help requested with Mitsubishi FX2N PLC for PID control

Weight control system scales
google gravimetric and volumetric hopper systems. Like oneye said there is some funky maths involved, it is surprisingly tricky to set up, but it is well within the reals of a PLC control. The PID part of the control will be one of the easier bits to set up....but as soon as you have some code...
