3 Phase transformer neutral

we have transformer 4 MVA, 3.3/11 KV. i use it for step up. the neutral is in 3.3 KV side. Can i connect Neutral to ground directly or use resistance? and what is the resistance size?

Dear Phil Corso,

I have search on control.com but not find. my question is that, my transformer is 3.3 KV star winding and 11 KV delta Winding, I want use it step up, and connection are DYN-11. are i use it as step up and are i use neutral resistance and what is size it, the transformer capacity is 4 MVA.
