Automatic Queries in TDC-3000

We are trying to get rid of the noisy old fashioned non very practical log printers in our TDC-3000. The way we have approched this is by making alarm queries and handling all the alarm statistics and reports through excel spread sheets and an access database. Everything is just perfect, except that we manually make the alarm queries. I know queries can be automatically programmed, but don't know how. I would really appreciate any help.....
