We have been facing a persistent issue with the HRSG(130TPH) lower duct burner light-up for supplementary firing over the past six months while operating on both Natural Gas (NG) and Naphtha. Although the pilot flame establishes properly and the burner flame appears normal, the lower left burner exhibits a very small reddish flame, which is not being sensed by the scanner. Meanwhile, the lower right burner flame appears normal.
Vendors have analyzed the issue multiple times, but the root cause has not yet been identified.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest possible reasons and solutions?
