CS7X Phoebus Control Module to Modicon Comm

i need some advice on how to communicate the modicon quantum to cs7x contoller(eproduction). im confused what function block to use in the program (concept) to poll the cs7x and transmit the data from modicon to cs7x.

any help will be appreciated.
