Problem With Opening backup Program for XBT-PM 027110

I am Having a program back up of device XBT-PM 027110. when I am trying open this with XBT L100 ver 4.2, then it is saying it is not XBT L file

Tell me how I can open this back up. If possible, give me link from where I can download Demo version of Software.
