Any information about PROCOME protocol?

The only ProCom I know is simply a communications software, not a protocol. You could use google.com to search for it, for free, on the web.

 

Perhaps, do you mean ProControl, a power distribution RTU originally sold by Brown-Bovari, now part of ABB?

I think he's talking about PROCOME Protocol, a IEC60870 based protocol, that is mainly used in Spain.

Unfortunately, there is no information about it in the Internet. I myself tried to find.
