I want to use Retentive timer functionality in Plantscape R500. So that if some how the system fails or shuts down, the accumulator value of timer remains same and the next time system starts then the timer should start timing from the last accumulated value before shutdown.
Is there a way to use Retentive Timing functionality in Plantscape R500.

 

I do not know the PLC anyway bypass the problem in this way :
instead to use a retentive timer you can use a counter with a clock. At your timer condition you put in series a clock for example 0.1sec; and you reset the timer just when you want to reset the accumulate value; this system we use a lot on Siemens PLC that as not retentive timers.
