We are getting the following system error can any one explain what it means?

"UC/ER Server RS port Open Error"

Pl help us resolve this error.

 

I haven't had this type of problem but... Have you tried contacting your Yokogawa rep? Also HEADS UP they are now charging for tech service over the phone but not by e-mail if you have the time. If you don't have an address for them try Ed June ([email protected]).
