ABB PLC PM554-ETH terminal pins not working

Hello,
I have an ABB PM554-ETH Plc and there is a problem with the terminal pins. when I upload the program, the leds on the plc show the actual state of the the outputs but the terminal pins are not connected. Only pin 12 is connected to ground, other pins are not connected to any. Could you help me please solve this problem?
