We are doing engineering for a power plant with some engines of around 12 MW capacity. my question is it necessary to have automatic engine ramps?
The problem comes with Load sharing when an engine has to follow the ramp it becomes difficult to calculate setpoint for the normal engines which are in load sharing and has completed there ramps.
Also in this case setpoint of the ramping engine shall go according to the ramp.
