Meinberg 3000 GPS Antenna not getting signal ( no satellites recognized)

Good day all,


We are facing issue to get signal from GPS Antenna connected to a Meinberg 3000 NTP LAN...µ

The terminal ( operator interface) is not showing a error meassage

Ref time and time service are lightning "Red"..
