GCAS Analyzer Server Problem

I have a GCAS Analyzer server (Yokogawa) in Our Plant. my first problem is when i connect to the GCas with its terminal through RS232. i received the fatal error. my second problem is that i can not connect via Ethernet to the server.

can any one help me?
