Unitronics V570 Rs485 Modbus to Hitachi L300p inverter
Hi all,
I am currently testing the serial communication of a hitachi l300p inverter to a unitronics v570 plc. The problem i am having is making the plc command the inverter. I am new to framing protocol and i can't seem to make it work. When using a different inverter with a protocol different from framing, i'am able to do commands using the plc.
Can anyone help me with the frame format that i need to input on the plc to command the inverter?

RS485 is the physical layer, not a protocol. This site is intended for info on implementing Modbus Protocol over various physical layers, RS232, RS422 and RS485 being examples. Modbus supports read and write commands, can you be more specific in the context of Modbus.
